KARACHI: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party in his message on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 03), said that an estimated one billion people on the planet living with different disabilities need an inclusive policy of human kind to assimilate them into society as equal partners in human development.

PPP chairman said that treatment to the special persons reflects the moral and social values of nation; hence governments and society in the country should redouble their efforts to provide them fair and equal access to education, employment, transportation and in every aspect of human development.

Bilawal urged the federal, provincial, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan governments to implement the two percent job quota for the disabled persons in both government and private sector.—PPI
