LAHORE: State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali on Saturday said

that the nation has

rejected the negative

politics of PTI and PAT chiefs Imran Khan and Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri.

He made the statement while speaking to media at Nishtar Colony Lahore after distributing the cheques to the families of the people killed by electrocution.

The state minister added that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chiefs are “step brothers” who have failed.

Abid said that a reference has been filed against PTI Chairman Imran Khan and General Secretary Jahangir Tareen. “It is time to expose the fraudsters,” he added.

“Imran Khan has been lying to the nation and Election Commission of Pakistan for the past 12 years,” the minister said.

The PML-N leader claimed that PTI chairman deposited charity money in his sister’s account.

Abid Sher Ali went to say that the power distribution companies have been instructed to change the electric wires.

He added that it is impossible to underground the electric wires.—NNI
