PESHAWAR: Kingsmen, Sir Alex, Dreams Killers and Dictators-A Clubs have recorded victories against their respective rivals while Banana and Garrison Spikers played a 2-2 draw in the ongoing PAF Eight-A Side Football League-2016 being played at different venues on Sunday.

There were some beautiful attacking inroads witnessed during the matches which were largely enjoyed by the crowd, the tournament attracted.

It was good footballing atmospheres inside the PAF Headquarters wherein Director PAF Sports Control Board Committee Group Captain Asghar Awan and Organizing Secretary Flt. Lt. Inam Ullah Khan were also there and witnessed the thrill-packed encounters.

In the group-A Kingsmen recorded a most deserving victory against Elite Eagles in a Tennis goal margin match wherein Kingsmen scored 6 goals against Elite Eagles 3. The high scoring match produced good entertainment to the sitting spectators wherein Fahim of Kingsmen was the top scorer with his hat-trick (3 goals). Fahim playing in the center opened the account in the very outset of the match when mid-fielder Shakir gave a through ball to Fahim who did nothing wrong in dispatching a beautiful goal. Fahim did not stop and scored two more goals in the 13 and 17th minutes to make the tally 3-0. On the other hands for Elite Eagles Javed, Inayat Ullah and Baqir scored one goal each in the dying moments of the first-half and succeeded in levelling the tally 3-3. It was the second session in which Kingsmen scored three more goals through Babar, Ibrahim and Irfan to make the tally 6-3. Elite Eagles tried their hard to reduce the margin but were failed.

In the second match of the group-A Banana FC played a 2-2 goals draw against Garrison Spikers. For Banana FC Muhammad Israr, the center striker, scored both the goals in the first session and for Garrison Spikers Ali and Walid scored one goal each in the second session.
