RECORDER REPORT

LAHORE: Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP) has announced to convene an All Parties Conference (APC) shortly to discuss Indian water aggression against Pakistan and TO adopt a unanimous line of action. This was announced by KBP Central President, Chaudhry Nisar Ahmad in an open letter to the nation and the media on Monday.

He urged the nation and the media to take a strong notice of Modi’s threats of closing river water to Pakistan as this announcement of the Indian prime minister is tantamount to declaration of war, he added.

He further said that India had already started constructing dams on different rivers as a result of which Pakistan was receiving 40 percent less water as compared to the past.

Nisar urged the government to highlight these threats and the water issue at all international forums in an effective manner.
