KARACHI: The three-day Karachi Electronic and Electric Mobile Telecom Fair (KEEMTF) will be kicked off today (Friday) at Karachi Expo Center.

The fair is being organized by Karachi Electronic Dealers Association (KEDA) for the promotion of electronic and electric products. President KEDA Rizwan Irfan said that the three-day family fair will be inaugurated on Feb 17 and will continue till Feb 19, 2017 (Friday to Sunday). Director General Rangers Major Gen. Muhammad Saeed will be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony to be held Friday, he added.

“We have dedicated this fair to the founder of KEDA Muhammad Irfan and martyred students of Army Public School,” he said. KEDA is Pakistan’s one of the most active associations, which is working for their members for the last 38 years, he said. Over 100 companies of electronic, electric, mobile and telecom sectors are participating in the exhibition with an aim to exhibit their products.

Rizwan said besides introducing new products, companies are offering attractive and special discounts during the exhibition to facilitate general public. Sindh Rangers has also set up a special pavilion to display their latest vehicles and other equipment.

He said special prizes including car, motorcycles, mobiles and electronic items have also been announced for the participants.
