Mashal murder case: Seven sent on judicial remand
PESHAWAR: Local police has produced seven suspected persons in Mashal murder case in to the local court after completing four days physical remand and court sent them to Central Jail Mardan on judicial remand, police sources said.
According to the sources, Mardan police produced seven in Mashal murder case to the local court including Mohammad Ajmal Khan, office assistant central library and president employees union of Abdul Wali Khan university, Anes assistant Botany department, Mujibullah, Imran, Nasurullah, Shoaib and a student Farhan. Sources added that the accused refused their crime in the court. Sources added that on Thursday police and agencies also arrested two from Charsadda district in this regard. Source added that police arrested Mohammad Ishaq Khan, a student of forth semester of Abdul Wali Khan University.
Mohammad Ishaq is affiliated with Pakhtun Studentís Federation (PkSF), a student wing of Awami National Party (ANP).
Sources added that local police has arrested 32 in Mashal murder case so far.
