KARACHI: Fog is likely to prevail over the Central, Southern Punjab and Upper Sindh during the next 24 hours, the Met Office said on Saturday.

Isolated light rain and snow over the mountains of Malakand Division are expected to fall over the next day. However, most parts of the country are likely to remain with cold and dry weather.

Over the past 24 hours: Cold and dry weather gripped the most parts of the country, as temperature in Astore was minus 7 degrees Celsius, Gupis minus 6, Quetta minus 4, Kalam, Malamjabba, Hunza and Bagrote minus 3, each, Skardu, Dir minus 2, Gilgit and Rawalakot minus 1, each.
