KARACHI: Dr. Iqbal Saeed Khan, a BPS-20 officer of Sindh government, has been awarded Ph.D degree in Environmental Science.

Dr. Iqbal, who has done his MBBS from Liaqat Medical College, Jamshoro and MSc in Environmental Studies, did his Ph.D in Environmental Sciences from Karachi University.

Currently, Dr Iqbal is serving as Director General Gorakh Hills Development Authority (GHDA). He has also served as Director General Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (Sepa).

Talking to Business Recorder, Dr. Iqbal said that he wanted to serve Sindh and Pakistan in the field of environment and climate change, as the country and nation were suffering huge losses due to continuous floods and heavy monsoon rains.
