LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif met Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif at his Jati Umra Raiwind residence on Sunday to discuss the ongoing situation of the country.

According to sources, they reviewed the implementation on the National Action Plan (NAP), petrol crisis and security situation in the country.

CM Punjab briefed the PM about the security conditions of the province especially of educational institutions. Moreover, he vowed to provide fool-proof security to the educational institutions and added that it is also the responsibility of the citizens and law enforcement agencies to root out the menace of terrorism from the country. Punjab has taken a lead in implementing the National Action Plan.
