LAHORE: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra met Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and discussed matters of mutual interest.

The KPK governor felicitated Shehbaz for arranging successful show of PSL. He said the support of entire nation on this mega event is a clear proof that the nation is determined to wipe out terrorism.

Shehbaz said that after holding of PSL, cricket grounds will be revived and international cricket will return to Pakistan.

Moreover, Punjab Governor Muhammad Rafique Rajwana and Shehbaz also held a meeting on Monday and discussed law and order situation and development projects in the province. Various other matters of mutual interest were also discussed on the occasion.

The Punjab governor congratulated the Chief Minister on holding of PSL event successfully in Lahore. Shehbaz also expressed his views on the event and said that spectators were provided with quality facilitations in the stadium during the final match.

“We have provided special shuttle services to facilitate the spectators to the stadium. We are utilizing all the facilities in speeding up the pace of development projects in the province,” he said.

Shahbaz said the Punjab government has set an example by saving billions of rupees in development projects.
