LAHORE: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra called on the Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif here on Sunday and exchanged words on matters of mutual interest and promotion of inter-provincial harmony.

While talking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Pakistan is fast moving ahead and as compared to 2013 today Pakistan is more developed, more prosperous and more peaceful. The Chief Minister said that Pakistan belongs to all of us and we have to work collectively for its development. He said Pakistan will progress when all of its provinces will develop simultaneously.

Shehbaz said that negative politics of stubborn and personal ego is not in favor of Pakistan. He said that need of the hour is to move forward collectively for the progress and development of Pakistan. The Chief Minister said that the people living in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are our brothers and Punjab Government has included intelligent students from KPK and other provinces in its different educational programs. This initiative of the government is promoting national unity, brotherhood and inter-provincial harmony among the provinces. Shehbaz said that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Pakistan is fast moving towards progress and development.

While talking on the occasion, KPK Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said that the outstanding performance of Chief Minister Punjab is a role model for other provinces and Shehbaz Sharif has set new records of public service. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said that the credit for saving billions of rupees through transparency in different projects goes to the leadership of PML-N. He said that Shehbaz Sharif has set a glorious example of completing different projects on time.
