ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotics Force has recovered 230.7 kilograms of narcotics in a nationwide effort, it announced on Tuesday.

The narcotics, seized in operations conducted in ten locations including Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar and Karachi, are worth Rs268 million in the international market, an ANF official said.

The 230.7kg of narcotics included 227.770 kilograms of hashish and 3kgs of heroin.

Eleven suspected were arrested in Quetta, and three vehicles impounded, of which one was an intercepted Potohar jeep.
