Pak-Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO) – operates a state-of-the-art cross-country pipeline system to transport refined High Speed Diesel from Karachi ports to up-country. The company has the following shareholding by Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (51%), Shell Pakistan Limited (26%), Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (12%) and TOTAL PARCO Marketing Limited (11%).

PAPCO plays a pivotal role in the High Speed Diesel (HSD) supply chain in Pakistan, providing the strategic infrastructure to transport HSD from Karachi to Shikarpur and MahmoodKot. It is interconnected with Port Qasim and Keamari Ports as well as with PRL, NRL and PARCO. It provides the most reliable, efficient, economical, and environment friendly means of cross country transportation of High Speed Diesel.

PAPCO has decided to increase the utilization of its existing pipeline for transportation of Motor Gasoline. White Oil Pipeline Motor Gasoline Project (WOPMP) is a strategic nature project. Due to increase in demand of Motor Gasoline (Mogas) in the up-country, PAPCO is implementing White Oil Pipeline Mogas Project (WOPMP) to convert its existing 26" dia, 786 km long White Oil Pipeline (WOP) for multi-product use. The project involves construction of new HSD, Mogas storage tanks and gantries for product delivery along with Transmix Processing Facility including related civil, mechanical, electrical, instrument and control works.

After completion of WOP Mogas project, storage of 255,000 Tons will be added in to the system. The project will reduce the cost of transporting Mogas from Karachi to MahmoodKot by less than 50% and would eliminate more than 1,400 tank lorries, reducing wear & tear and cost of maintenance of cross country roads.
