KARACHI: The country's total liquid foreign exchange reserves declined by $157 million to $17.639 million during the week ended April 6, 2018.

The forex reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan declined by $164 million due to external debt servicing and other official payments. The reserves stood at $11.438 billion.

The net foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks however increased by $7 million to $6.201 billion during the week.
