RECORDER REPORT

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Wednesday overruling objection on a petition against caretaker Prime Minister Former Justice Nasir ul Mulk for using public money to visit Swat; admitted it for regular hearing.

The petitioner Javed Iqbal Jaffri said that Caretaker PM Former Justice Mulk instead of doing his official work paid a visit to Swat, and used the public funds soon after taking the oath. By doing so, he said, the PM had crossed the limit of his powers.

The petitioner-lawyer asked the court to order recovery of the public fund used for the personal visit of the caretaker PM.
