LAHORE: The interim Punjab government added four more members in the caretaker Punjab Cabinet, taking the total number of provincial ministers to 10.

Saeedullah Babar, Chaudhry Faisal, Noman Kabir, and Tanveer Ilyas were sworn-in in a ceremony held at the Governor House in Lahore. Punjab Governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana took the oath from the new interim ministers.

On the occasion, caretaker Chief Minister Dr Hassan Askari Rizvi, the caretaker provincial ministers and senior provincial officials were present.

Babar was named as the Minister of Environment Protection and Cooperatives, while Ilyas took over the portfolio of Planning and Development, Agriculture and Food.

Kabir was appointed as the Minister for Labor and Human Resource and he will also look after the transportation department. Mushtaq was given the portfolio of education.
