LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said shelter homes will be set up in all 36 districts of the province to provide roof and meals to the visitors and homeless. Presently spots and lands for constructing the shelter homes are being identified in each district.

The CM was talking with Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal MD Sardar Aun Abbas who called on him here on Sunday. He said the PTI government gives utmost preference to the welfare of under-privileged people. Effective strategy is being implemented in order to include these people in the development loop.

CM said the welfare of these people is responsibility as well as obligation of the government. Welfare projects like shelter home are a great example of the public service. The country-wide welfare department Bait-ul-Maal is providing free medical facilities to less privileged segment of society; performance of Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal is appreciable.

Bait-ul-Maal MD Sardar Aun Abbas said restoration of under-privileged segment of society is my prime focus and I am working with the passion of bringing pleasant changes in their lives. He said task assigned to him by the Prime Minister Imran Khan will be fulfilled as a national duty.

Speaking about reforms in the education sector, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar told that government is providing every needful resource in order to facilitate students and to promote quality education across the province

Punjab government is taking revolutionary steps to make our youth economically self supporting by providing them technical and professional training.

CM said huge funds have been allocated for provision of basic facilities at schools level as well as promotion of vocational education so that our youth could contribute positively to the national economy.
