KARACHI: 7th joint border trade committee (JBTC) two days session held at Zahedan Iran from 28th to 29th November 2019. Pakistani team consisted Customs, FIA, Fisheries deptt, provincial transport authority, trade development authority of Pakistan Quetta, Home And Tribal Affairs, Plant And Quarantine deptt Karachi, State Bank of Pakistan and members of chambers of commerce and industry. Raza Baloch Collector Customs Appraisement Quetta leaded Pakistani customs. Rafaee Council General Pakistan Zahedan Mashad Anderson. Nadir Meer Shikar represented Iranian team. Mainly discussed hurdles facing both sides businesses communities especially Seistan Balochistan from Iran sides and Pakistani Balochistan business communities. Communication, railway, road transport, visa issue, fresh fruit issue, and other import and export issues were discussed. Pakistani community facing problems in Iran were also discussed. Last year Quetta Customs and chamber arranged same session here in Pakistan. Pakistani team was assisted by Pakistani Consulate General Rafi.—PR
