Govt urged to consult trade bodies

KARACHI: Former president KCCI Abdullah Zaki has urged the government to start consultation with trade bodies and business community to keep the industrial units operating in the country.

He criticized the PM relief package and said that globally three months power and gas bills had been waived and markup rate reduced to zero.

He also criticized minor reduction in oil prices by Rs 15 per litter only. Oil prices should be reduced by Rs 40 per litter, he demanded.
