ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar and Resident Coordinator of UN in Pakistan Julien Harneis on Friday exchanged views on the post-floods humanitarian rescue and relief efforts as well as Pakistan’s comprehensive plan for rehabilitation and reconstruction.
