KARACHI: Unknown men set ablaze Paksarzameen Party banners at Gulistan-e-Johar Area, early Monday morning.

The Party chairman Mustafa Kamal had hoisted the Pakistan flag at Perfume Chowk roundabout last month. Later workers had put up party banners at the roundabout. Eye witnesses said that unknown men came on a motorbike and set the camp on fire. The PSP banners were gutted; however, the Pakistan flag remain unharmed.

An official of a security agency, who refused to be identified, said that it was the handiwork of die hard supporters of Altaf Hussain.—INP
