LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has invited application for prequalification of contractors or Engineering Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for construction of ‘Elevated Expressway along with Bus Stations and Allied Facilities from Zafar Ali Road/Main Boulevard Gulberg to Ring Road/Motorway M-2, Lahore.

The approximate length of the Project is 10.7 Km which mainly passes over Cantt Drain and comprises of elevated RCC Structures along with at grade portions.

The project also includes constructions of bus stations and approach exit ramps at selected locations along the route on Elevated Expressway.

The approximate cost of the Project is 25000 million. The project will be executed in groups.

The complete applications strictly as per RFQ documents will be received up to 16.03.2017 till 2.00 pm and will be opened at 2:30 p.m. (same day & date) in the presence of bidder or their representative who wishes to remain present.

Meanwhile, Staff of Town Planning Wing of LDA demolished ten illegal constructions and sealed another one in various localities of city on Monday, during its ongoing drive against violation of building regulations.
