LAHORE: National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said on Saturday that more foreign investment will be made in the country on completion of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.

Talking to newsmen here on Saturday, Sardar Ayaz said that shortage of electricity has been considerably overcome and the situation will further improve in days to come. He said work on different power projects is going on speedily and hopefully power shortages will be overcome soon.

He said more investors are coming to Pakistan due to business-friendly policies of the government.

Regarding reservations of Chairman Senate Raza Rabbani, he said he would directly proceed to Rabbani’s residence in Islamabad on Monday and try his best to address his concern and to bring back him to the Senate. About Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav, NA Speaker said all political parties are on the same page on the issue of Kulbhushan Yadav. “No leniency will be shown to Kulbhushan Yadav.”
