ISLAMABAD: Ameer of JUI (F) Moulana Fazlur Rehman called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at the PM House on Tuesday.

According to a press release issued from the PM House, development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and political matters came under discussion during the meeting.

The prime minister also consulted Maulana Fazlur Rehman on the ongoing Panama Papers case.

The JUI-F chief is among few political figures who have strongly opposed the opposition’s demand for the resignation of the prime minister and called the Panama Papers leaks an international conspiracy against China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Meanwhile, Chief of Pakistan Muslim League (Ziaul Haq) Muhammad Ijazul Haq called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif here on Tuesday.

Political matters came under discussion in a meeting held here at the PM House, a PM’s Office statement said.—INP
