HYDERABAD: The Administrator Market Committee Hyderabad Shoukat Mastoi has informed that the management has set its priority for the construction of roads of old and new fruits and vegetables markets as well as grain market of Hyderabad.

Addressing a reception hosted in his honour by the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry (HCSTSI), he said that traders, wholesale and merchant agents face lots of difficulties because of shabby condition of markets roads. He said the Market Committee is making all out efforts to address their genuine grievances at the earliest.

About new fruits and vegetables markets of Hala Naka, he informed that he held meetings with the Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad and the Chief Executive Officer Hyderabad Electric Supply Company and discussed at length with suggestions and recommendations regarding provision of all required facilities including electricity in the market.
