KARACHI: Armed robbers looted more than Rs 5.7 million from the branch of a private bank in Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of the city on Thursday.

The police said some 8 to 10 armed robbers barged into the bank branch at Block-2 Gulshan-e-Iqbal and looted the cash. This is the fourth major bank dacoity of the current year in the city.—PPI
