LAHORE: The Lahore Transport Company has decorated the bus sheds located at various places in the city to celebrate the Independence Day of Pakistan today.

A special decorated ‘Azadi Bus’ is also being plied on urban bus route B-33 (Railway Station to Baagrian) which has been decorated with colorful flexes carrying pictures of Pakistan’s national leaders.

Punjab Caretaker Minister for Transport Nauman Kabir has said that people will avail free transport facility on Azadi Bus on 14th August.

Lahore Transport Company Chief Executive Officer Mariam Khawar said that the purpose of placement of national flags on buses is to show solidarity and allegiance with our homeland.
