PESHAWAR: Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has urged the consumers of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa to lodge their complaint at its Regional Office in Peshawar if they find any irregularity regarding Oil, CNG, LPG and natural gas.

According to the statement issued here on Friday, it was stated that ever since the creation of Regional Office at Peshawar, the office has been instrumental in resolving the complaints of general public, most of which pertains to the excessive billing/correction of gas bills, delay in issuance of gas connections to the domestic consumers by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL).

According to details, the Orga regional office has so far received 127 complaints, out of which 77 resolved, while relief of approximately Rs 36,27,000 was provided to the consumers. As many as 50 cases were in process stage, the statement said.
