PAT leader urges Zardari, Imran to sit together

LAHORE: Secretary General Pakistan Awami Tehreek, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur has urged Asif Zardari and Imran Khan to sit together before election of Chairman Senate in the best interest of democracy and national politics.

“Opposition parties must join hands in Senate to defeat ambitions of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as they were united in support of victims of Model Town tragedy , now they must sit together for sake of Pakistan and PAT is ready to host this political get together.”

While addressing Central working Committee of party, he said Nawaz Sharif is following the foot prints of Sheikh Mujeebur Rehman and Altaf Hussain, he cannot see anything beyond his nose; he is spending billions of rupees to mislead the masses, therefore the opposition parties should be united, he said.
