MULTAN: A delegation of Multan Chamber of Commerce& Industry (MCCI) headed by Khawaja Muhammad Usman, its president called on Chief Manager of State Bank of Pakistan Javed Iqbal Marth and apprised him of the problems confronted by the local industrialists, traders, investors, exporters due to non-cooperative attitude of banking sector.

They suggested that banking services must be monitored by the State Bank on regular basis because services need improvement.

They also suggested that SBP should organise a seminar on Monetary Policy to acquaint the member of the chamber about its preparation. They also expressed concern on the devaluation of Pak-currency.

Chief Manager assured that he would try to redress their grievances and ensure better services by the banking sector.

Tahir Rehman Naqi Senior Vice President, Syed Iftikhar Ali Shah Vice President and Khurram Javed Secretary General of MCCI also presented at the meeting.
